Works with

How it works

Three steps, then it simply runs

Pair once, wear your device as usual, and open Gallen in the morning.

  1. Step 1: Pair your strap or ring

Gallen lists the devices it finds nearby and connects only to the one you choose.

  2. Step 2: Wear it as usual

Your device keeps recording. On Android, Gallen syncs in the background and catches up if it missed a while.

  3. Step 3: Open Gallen in the morning

Sleep, recovery and strain are worked out on your phone. Recovery appears after four nights.

  • Worked out on your phone

Scores come from your device's own heart-rate and motion data.

  • Raw data stays put

Heart rate, beat-to-beat intervals and motion never leave the phone.

  • Sync only if you want it

Sync is off until you turn it on.
